Refund Policy

At GRB Tests, we strive to offer high-quality educational services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be requested.

1. Refund Eligibility -
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the test series, which are not resolved within 7 business days.
- Accidental duplicate payments.

2. Refund Process - To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your payment details and the reason for the refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

3. Refund Timeline - Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Services - No refunds will be provided for services already rendered, such as completed tests or downloaded content. We also do not offer refunds for subscription-based services after they have been activated.

5. Dispute Resolution - If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the issue to our support team for further review.
